Tracy brings nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership, management, and fundraising experience to Third Plateau. Prior to joining Third Plateau, she was Development Director for the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. Tracy holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis (and a Unitrans alumna). She’s a former board member of the San Francisco Women’s Building and has been involved in a democracy-focused giving circle created with friends after the 2016 election.
In her free time, Tracy is usually doing something revolving around food: gathering friends for big dinners, perusing the farmer’s market, trying not to spill wine on her book, or planning which restaurant/brewery to visit after a long hike.

Partnering with Third Plateau on our philanthropy helps us understand where we can make the greatest impact with foundation resources. With the team’s expertise, management, and passion, we’ve made strategic changes to our funding approaches on the issues that matter to us and our democracy.
Since I began working with Third Plateau, I’ve gained a level of strategic clarity about my philanthropy that I couldn’t have imagined.
Third Plateau was a true partner to PACE. Their expert team was highly responsive and genuinely collaborative. Together, we developed a funding guide on faith and democracy that translated a complex and sensitive topic into a clear, practical resource.
