Victoria she/her/ella) works collaboratively with philanthropists and nonprofits to develop impactful solutions to timely and pertinent issues, ranging from democracy to social services. She is particularly passionate about high-impact strategies that advance racial and gender justice and connect philanthropic vision and goals with real community needs.

An advocate of equitable opportunities and access for the most marginalized, Victoria began her career in higher education. Her experience ranges from serving as a student services advisor, providing holistic career and academic advising to BIPOC and systems-impacted students, to alumni relations and development work, building individual giving strategies for donors, and providing overall project management.

Victoria has degrees from Santa Clara University and the University of San Francisco School of Education. She serves on the board of Instituto Familiar de la Raza, where she chairs the Fund Development committee. In her free time, she can be found trying one of San Francisco’s delicious restaurants, visiting funky bookstores, and enjoying parks and green spaces.
