Victoria Juarez (she/her/ella) is a Senior Associate on the Strategy team at Third Plateau. She helps clients make data-informed decisions and supports them in achieving their goals through targeted project management, research, and thought partnership.
An advocate of equitable opportunities and access for the most marginalized, Victoria began her career in higher education. Her experiences range from working as a student services advisor, providing holistic career and academic advising to BIPOC and systems-impacted students, to alumni relations and development work, building individual giving strategies for donors, and providing overall project management.
Victoria earned her B.A. in History and Spanish Studies from Santa Clara University and her M.A. in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco School of Education. A native Los Angeleno (Go Dodgers!) she resides in the San Francisco Bay Area where she can be found searching for the world’s best cup of coffee, taking long walks to her favorite bakeries, or cooking up an ambitious recipe. She is particularly committed to supporting the Latina/o/x community and cares deeply about reproductive health justice and U.S. prison reform.
