Tracy (she/her) works with philanthropists to develop giving strategies and build relationships with nonprofit and community leaders and the public sector to find community-driven solutions. She leans on her experience in the nonprofit sector to zero in on community needs and leads with a trust-based approach to transformational philanthropy.
Tracy brings nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership, management, and fundraising experience to Third Plateau. Prior to joining Third Plateau, she was Development Director for the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. Tracy holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis (and a Unitrans alumna). She’s a former board member of the San Francisco Women’s Building and has been involved in a democracy-focused giving circle created with friends after the 2016 election.
In her free time, Tracy is usually doing something revolving around food: gathering friends for big dinners, perusing the farmer’s market, trying not to spill wine on her book, or planning which restaurant/brewery to visit after a long hike.
