Taylor Chang is Vice President of Technology at Third Plateau, where she leads the firm’s technology strategy. She partners across divisions to build reliable, flexible systems that support collaboration and strengthen governance and security. She also helps the firm thoughtfully evaluate opportunities in automation and AI as its needs evolve.

Taylor’s career has spanned technology, operations, and consulting across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Technology at Canine Companions, where she led the organization’s technology function. Previously, she held leadership roles in finance, operations, and strategy at DonorsChoose and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, led enterprise implementations at Kustomer and Meta, and began her career as a consultant at IBM. Her role at Third Plateau brings together her technology expertise, commitment to mission-driven organizations, and belief in using technology to advance the greater good.

Taylor holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University. She lives in New York City with her mini bernedoodle, Ezekiel. Outside of work, she loves Broadway shows, exploring new restaurants with friends, and getting out of the city for a good road trip.
