Tamika is a senior accountant for Third Plateau clients specializing in nonprofits and is known as the Authoress of Financial Accuracy — a title that reflects both her meticulous approach and her more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Her love for accounting and her love for community come together in work that is as precise as it is purposeful.

Previously, Tamika spent five years in a nonprofit healthcare accounting environment and has also worked in corporate accounting and client-service roles, where she focused on financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, audit support, and process improvements.

Tamika holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and has a strong background in supporting mission-driven organizations with accurate, meaningful financial records. A Chicago native now residing in the Atlanta area, she enjoys traveling, writing, spending time with family, or curling up with a good book, when she can find a moment between mom duties.
