Sofia (she/her) is an Associate on our Philanthropy team, where she helps drive thoughtful, well-organized grantmaking in partnership with philanthropists and grantees. She brings sharp project management, data, and systems skills to support efficient processes and clear communication. Sofia enjoys problem solving and providing creative solutions as she partners with our team, clients, and community.

Prior to joining Third Plateau, Sofia worked as a Product Administrator at Fyrn. In this role, she contributed to the development of innovative tools and trained their customer-facing team.

Sofia earned her B.A. in Sociology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She loves spending quality time with loved ones and frequently visits her family in San Diego. She’s a ceramicist of seven years, a seamstress, and a printmaker. She enjoys salsa dancing, exploring new places, and has a goal to visit every public library in San Francisco!
