Selena (she/her) is an Associate at Third Plateau, where she supports philanthropists and community organizations by coordinating grant processes and fostering strong relationships with grantees. She helps ensure smooth grant administration and stewardship through clear communication and collaboration.

Before joining Third Plateau, Selena served at the Aim Higher Foundation, which provides student-based tuition-assistance scholarships to help more children experience a high-quality education. She supported senior leadership, served as the liaison to the Board of Directors, and assisted with key advancement and scholarship initiatives.

Selena earned her B.A. in Political Science and Race and Ethnic Studies from St. Olaf College, also minoring in International Relations and Latin American Studies. Outside of her professional life, she loves walking around Minnesota’s lakes with a podcast and discovering new coffee shops and restaurants in the Twin Cities. She also coaches and plays volleyball and enjoys spending time with friends and her big extended family.
