Rebecca provides fractional Chief Financial Officer services to Third Plateau clients specializing in nonprofits. Known by her colleagues as the Sorceress of Strategic Sustainability, she has a knack for conjuring long-term financial strength for causes that serve those often without a voice. She has held various finance and leadership roles across the nonprofit sector and brings a strong passion for the strategic sustainability of mission-driven organizations.

Rebecca brings extensive experience in financial cultivation, oversight, and execution, including strategic fund development. Previously, she has worked with nonprofit organizations supporting causes related to domestic violence prevention, child abuse advocacy, services for individuals with disabilities, and community action agencies. Her experience includes financial leadership, grants management, compliance oversight, policy development, audit preparation, and long-range strategic planning for mission-driven organizations.

Rebecca holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Management, and a Federal Certification in Grants Management for Pass-Through Entities. Her interdisciplinary background provides a unique perspective that bridges compassionate service delivery with strategic financial stewardship and operational sustainability. Originally rooted in California and now based in Arkansas, she loves the outdoors and can be found hiking, wild caving, kayaking, biking, or scuba diving with her life partner. Rebecca is a proud mother to four children, four dogs, and an extensive indoor plant collection.
