She has a talent for turning complexity into clear, practical solutions that support both people and performance. She began her career in IT before moving into operations, accounting, and leadership roles across publishing, technology, nonprofit, and professional services organizations. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating efficient systems and processes that strengthen teams, improve collaboration, and support organizational growth. 

After earning a degree in computer technology, she continued her professional development in leadership, management, and people operations, recently earning her Certified Professional in Management (AMA-CPM) credential through the American Management Association. She is passionate about continuous learning, team culture, and creating positive employee experiences. Originally from New Jersey, Rachel now lives along the South Carolina coast, where she enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time at the beach with her family.
