Michaela (she/her) oversees and provides versatile operations and administrative support for Third Plateau. She anticipates the needs of our growing team and develops procedures, processes, and solutions that elevate the quality of our work. In partnership with firm leadership, Michaela keeps her finger on the pulse of what’s happening and ensures that our firm runs smoothly, joyfully, and efficiently.

Michaela previously served as Human Resources and Office Manager at Partners Capital Investment Group, an international Outsourced Investment Office, where she managed the Boston office and the administrative and human resource needs of the U.S. team. This experience sharpened her focus on excellent customer service and strengthened her ability to adapt to entrepreneurial teams.

She holds a B.A. in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami. She is the President of the Friends of the Mill Valley Library Board, where she’s proud to serve her community and share her love of reading. Otherwise, you’ll often find her at home with her husband and their two cats catching up on the latest movies and TV shows.
