A seasoned finance and accounting professional, Michael holds nearly two decades of experience in leadership and management roles across various industries. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic business plans, driving rapid threefold growth, and overseeing capital allocation, controllership, treasury, performance management, risk management, human resources, and procurement.

Michael has a proven track record of managing key relationships with audit firms, credit facilities, vendors, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. His leadership in workforce planning and team development has resulted in reduced overhead costs and enhanced financial outcomes. He possesses a strong background in business integration and efficiency, including ERP implementation, project accounting, revenue recognition, and has proficiency with various accounting and business intelligence software.

Outside of his professional achievements, Michael has dedicated time to teaching financial literacy classes for marginalized youth. In his downtime, he enjoys pickleball and exploring national parks and hiking with his dog and best friend, Buddy. He also cherishes time with family, especially being a fun uncle to his niece and nephew.
