Kyle (he/him) develops and implements strategic communications at Third Plateau to promote our bold and innovative approach to social impact. He believes that provocative, human-centered narratives are key to shifting behavior and building positive momentum on systemic issues like racial justice and access to healthcare.

Kyle has over 15 years of experience leading marketing and communications in the private and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Third Plateau, he was a Managing Director at LEWIS Global Communications—a B2B agency specializing in marketing, strategy, and public relations. He also spent five years abroad managing social impact campaigns in 11 countries — from peacebuilding programs in Timor-Leste to anti-human trafficking projects in Southeast Asia. His areas of expertise include digital marketing, content strategy, and storytelling.

Kyle has a B.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University’s School of International Service. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and loves spending time outdoors with his family — hiking in Tilden Park, exploring the Marin Headlands, and shopping at farmers’ markets. Whenever possible, Kyle runs and rides his gravel bike in the local open spaces.
