Katy (she/they) works alongside social sector leaders and organizations to develop ambitious, inspiring strategic plans and realistic roadmaps for implementation. They have supported numerous clients during their tenure at Third Plateau including the NEC Society, Latino Family Fund, Amity Foundation, and Partner4Work.

Prior to Third Plateau, she served on the leadership team at YCore, a Bay Area organization mobilizing young professionals to dedicate their time, money, skills, and influence as partners to and advocates for local nonprofits. She scoped strategic projects with nonprofit leaders for YCore’s social impact fellowship and facilitated workshops about human-centered design, systems thinking, and power and privilege. Before YCore, they worked at Hamilton Families, a nonprofit organization aiming to end family homelessness, as a case manager supporting families after their experiences with homelessness.

In their free time, you can find them at the dog park or on a hiking trail with their dog (Roo), learning how to roller skate, or making New York style bagels from scratch.
