Julie Wrenn

Director

Julie Wrenn (she/her) is a Director on the Research & Evaluation team at Third Plateau. She specializes in qualitative research, and seeks to understand the important contexts of projects for research and evaluation work. Together with her team, she collects and analyzes data to drive informed decision-making and improve implementation to increase impact.

She earned her Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins in 2021, with a concentration in International Health, Social & Behavioral Interventions. Since then, Julie has spent the past two years evaluating public health programs with the Behavioral Science Research Institute in Miami, FL. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia with a BA in Latin American Studies in 2016, and she studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Afterward, she spent two years with Arabella Advisors in Washington, D.C., where she specialized in advocacy/lobbying compliance and financial management of fiscally sponsored projects.

Julie enjoys the perks of endless summer at home in Miami. She loves traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband. Together, they have adopted two fur babies, a cat and a dog. Originally from Baltimore, Julie has always lived near the water and loves spending as much time as possible at the beach or pool. She also enjoys cooking and baking, especially when she can share the food with friends and family.
