Jenny Enos is an Associate Director on the Democracy Team at Third Plateau, where her research supports philanthropic funders, organizations, and field leaders working to strengthen American democracy.

Before Third Plateau, Jenny was the senior research associate at Democracy Fund where she conducted research on philanthropic support of democracy efforts, funder attitudes and behaviors, and public opinion. In her role, she managed projects and stakeholders, designed and executed research plans, and wrangled large quantitative datasets.

Jenny received her B.A. from Gettysburg College and then went on to pursue her Ph.D. in Sociology from Rutgers University, where her research focused on attitudes toward immigration and politics. After years of moving around the country, she now resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two rescue dogs. Outside of work, Jenny is often walking her dogs, watching reality TV, or traveling home to visit family and friends in Sweden, where she grew up.
