Jenn Rogers (she/her) provides external Chief Financial Officer services to Third Plateau clients, bringing a unique blend of strategic finance leadership, operational problem-solving, and systems-minded thinking across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Known internally as the “Queen of Compliance,” Jenn specializes in helping organizations build scalable financial infrastructure, strengthen internal controls, and translate complex financial information into practical, actionable insights.

Over the past 20 years, Jenn has supported more than 35 organizations across a wide range of industries and missions. Her experience includes work with organizations focused on children’s services, mental health, air quality, healthcare, and nonprofit impact initiatives, as well as surgical centers, hospitality startups, and rapidly growing SaaS companies.

Jenn earned her B.A. in Accounting and is passionate about mentoring teams, improving financial literacy, implementing smart systems and tools, and helping organizations work smarter — not harder. Whether she’s building KPI dashboards, streamlining accounting operations, or serving as a strategic thought partner to leadership, Jenn brings curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to every engagement.

Based in picturesque Logan, UT, Jenn lives with her two children and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cities by electric bike, trying local craft beer and food spots, and working toward her goal of collecting a baseball from every MLB stadium.
