Jaré (she/her) is the Chief Impact Officer at Third Plateau, where she maximizes the strategic impact of the firm’s partnerships and leads teams to drive meaningful change. She ensures all efforts are thoughtfully designed to create lasting and measurable outcomes.
Jaré has been a grantmaker, a nonprofit executive, a development professional, and a direct service provider. In these roles, she built systems for organizational capacity, supported research projects, developed and implemented programming, and generally rocked. Jaré holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a master’s in Public Administration from San Francisco State University.
Jaré is a Louisiana native (Geaux Tigers!) who recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee. In her spare time, she can be found on a hiking trail, traveling to visit friends around the world, or fine-tuning her baking skills.
