Heather Davis is a Senior Associate on the Democracy Team at Third Plateau. Heather supports Patriots & Pragmatists, a cross-ideological, cross-disciplinary network and convening space through which civic leaders and influencers debate, envision, and realize a brighter future for American democracy. Heather contributes through project management, operations, member engagement, communications, and convenings.

Heather brings more than eight years of experience supporting mission-driven leaders and organizations across operations, executive partnership, philanthropy, and project management. Before joining Third Plateau, she served as an Operations Associate at Alta Futures, where she supported grantmaking, partner relationships, events and convenings, and internal operations across the organization’s democracy, climate, and community work.

Heather holds a Certificate of Leadership from Highlands College and is a certified Health & Wellness Coach. She also serves on the board of Bangor Beautiful, a nonprofit advancing public art and environmental initiatives in Bangor, Maine. Outside of work, Heather enjoys running and strength training, traveling and exploring new cities, visiting art museums, spending time near the water, and being with her two boys.
