Evan Bartlett (she/her) is an Associate Director on the Strategy Team at Third Plateau. She supports social sector organizations to develop strategies to deepen their impact. She provides thoughtful partnership, facilitation expertise, and targeted project management for strategic planning and business planning processes and more.

She began her career in the developing world, specializing in agriculture and food security and serving local populations in Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, and India. These experiences working with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and government agencies fueled her interest in designing strategy for social impact.

Evan holds B.A.s in History and Political Science from Bryant University and earned her master’s in Global Human Development from Georgetown University. She is currently based in her native Chicago and loves lakefront runs, Nicolas Cage movies, and expanding her collection of houseplants.
