Eva Spilker brings extensive experience in financial management and financial leadership from her previous role supporting organizations dedicated to transforming the highest need communities across the country through education and workforce development.  Her experience includes managing all aspects of accounting, finance, cash management, state, federal and foundation grants, budgets, forecasting, financial compliance, audit and treasury.  Her experience also includes preparing and navigating finance and accounting teams through mergers and acquisitions to include integrating financial processes, systems, and developing staff.  Her goal is to make financials a key management tool to help strengthen and grow organizations for long term sustainability and financial health.

Eva’s career in finance began in the Corporate Financial Consulting division of EY that specialized in merger & acquisitions and financial turnarounds.  She then moved to the Economics & Treasury Group of CSX Intermodal where she managed short- and long-term budgets, forecasts and financial planning models.  Eva holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
