Erica Kashiri (she/her) is the Chief Operating Officer at Third Plateau, where she oversees the HR and internal systems/processes that allow the team to deliver exceptional work to our partners.

Erica’s penchant for building and maintaining systems stems from deep experience working with private and public executives to build workforce pipelines. As the director of workforce development for the Office of Mayor Darrell Steinberg, she worked to ensure opportunities for economic security and advancement for city residents, and that local businesses have the necessary talent to compete in the global economy. Prior to that, Erica spent nearly a decade in Washington, D.C., working for business-led associations on critical workforce initiatives.

Erica received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a master’s in public policy from the University of California-Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the George Washington University School of Business.

Erica currently lives in Sacramento, CA and spends her time exploring the world on a one-wheel and eating French fries.
