Emilia serves as a senior accountant for Third Plateau clients specializing in nonprofits, and as the Emissary of Effectiveness, she brings both a positive spirit and a genuine passion for getting things right. A true positive thinker, she believes a positive mind can get through just about anything — an outlook that shapes her work and her relationships with clients alike.

 Emilia began her career in public accounting in Tanzania and later found her passion for nonprofit work after moving to the United States. She loves numbers and brings genuine enthusiasm and curiosity to every new challenge.

Emilia is a Certified Public Accountant (NBAA Tanzania), holds a bachelor’s in accounting and finance and an MSc in Economics and Finance from Bradford University. Outside of work, she enjoys being in nature, traveling, and trying new foods.
