Organizational Vitality Assessment
A free capacity-building opportunity for gender-focused nonprofits ready to strengthen their strategy, culture, and operations.
Are you leading a gender-based organization through a pivotal moment of growth or change? Third Plateau is inviting a small cohort of organizations to be the first to participate in a structured diagnostic and capacity-building tool designed to help nonprofit leaders get clear on what’s working, what’s not, and what to do about it.
If your organization qualifies, this is a rare chance to step back and walk away with concrete strategies to grow — at no cost.
Third Plateau is an impact consultancy that has spent 15 years partnering with nonprofits and philanthropy to build the infrastructure of lasting social change. Nonprofits rarely get the kind of structured, expert support that helps them see their organization clearly and act on what they find. We’re piloting the Organizational Vitality Assessment with a select group of organizations. Participants get early access to the framework and expert guidance to put it to work, and their experience helps us refine the tool for future participants.
