Third Plateau is seeking an experienced nonprofit finance leader who combines strategic advisory work with hands-on financial oversight. As a Nonprofit CFO, you will partner closely with nonprofit organizations and private foundations, guiding executive leaders on financial management, compliance, grantmaking operations, and long-term decision-making while overseeing financial reporting, audits, and accounting processes. Success in this role requires deep nonprofit accounting expertise, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a collaborative, remote environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of hands-on, full-charge experience with nonprofit and/or private foundation specialization. This role is remote within the U.S. with a base salary of $128,750 – $150,000 a year.
