Third Plateau is seeking a Vice President to lead and develop our high-performing Philanthropic Advising department, help shape how the team grows and evolves, cultivate new business, and lead a select portfolio of client relationships and engagements. You’ll bring the perspective of a seasoned philanthropic advisor along with the leadership skills to develop people and create the conditions for excellent work.

We’re looking for someone with 10+ years in philanthropy, including significant time in a senior leadership role, who understands the philanthropic landscape and connects easily with people. This role is remote within the U.S., with a base salary of $260,000 annually, depending on experience and skills.
