Aimee Eschenfelder

Lead Client CFO

Aimee provides fractional Chief Financial Officer services as a client lead and is known to her colleagues as the Head of Financial Fitness — a fitting title for someone who brings almost two decades of nonprofit finance experience and believes that resilience starts with mindset. A servant leader at heart, she is as committed to the health of her clients’ finances as she is to the strength of her relationships with them.

Previously, as the Director of Finance & Strategic Planning at a large animal welfare organization, Aimee managed significant budget growth, achieved clean audits, and grew financial reserves while eliminating debt. She is known for her strategic thinking and ability to drive positive changes within organizations. Her expertise includes financial audits, budgeting, and forecasting, making her an invaluable asset to any team.

Aimee graduated Cum Laude from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and was awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Finance Award. She also holds an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. Outside of work, she trains year-round for half marathons and loves being outdoors, especially in the mountains, whether hiking or skiing. She shares her home in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her husband, two kids, and Finn, a fluffy seven-pound rescue dog.
