Cody focuses on strengthening the systems that support effective operations, with an emphasis on workflow architecture, automation, financial processes, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. She is particularly drawn to improving fragmented processes, building scalable systems, and creating structure where none previously existed.

Known for a practical and systems-minded approach, Cody brings experience across finance, operations, compliance, and process management, with a focus on connecting people, processes, and technology in ways that improve clarity and long-term sustainability.

In addition to her work in operations and finance, Cody has experience working in and building her own construction business, where she now serves in an oversight capacity. She also spent over a decade in a district-level role supporting two nonprofit charter schools, with responsibilities spanning accounting, reporting, and program compliance.

Cody holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding, wine tasting, thrifting, spending time with her doodles, and true crime podcasts.
