Ali Ryan-Mosley (she/her) is a Senior Associate on the Research and Evaluation Team at Third Plateau. She helps clients make data-informed decisions and measure and evaluate impact.

With a B.A. from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, Ali loves learning and working at the intersection of research and social change. Her passion for gender equality brought her to the World Bank, where she researched women’s access to the economy, and her love of sport brought her to Valparaíso, Chile, to study the connection between sport and women’s empowerment during the 2019 Women’s World Cup. She also spent time working with economist Joseph Stiglitz as a research assistant.

As a Minnesota transplant living in Brooklyn, New York, you can find her cooking (mostly eating), pairing wine with crafts, and tending to her garden beds.
