Jessica (she/her) is a Senior Director of Operations at Third Plateau. Her role is to provide high-quality support to staff and continuous improvement to operating systems. She oversees the employee lifecycle, manages payroll, and leads special projects to ensure our operating systems run efficiently and effectively.

She began her career in the classroom as a high school math teacher with a strong passion for educational equity. Her passions combined with her strengths in project management, processes, and systems design led her to shift her focus from the classroom to operational roles in mission-driven organizations with a focus on making the world a better place.

Jessica earned her master’s in Statistics from University of Maryland and currently resides in coastal Connecticut. In her free time, she loves hiking or long walks in nature, trying new recipes, and cozying up with her cat and a warm cup of tea.
