Madeline LoBosco

Senior Director

Madeline (she/her) is a Senior Director on the Research & Evaluation team at Third Plateau, where she leads learning efforts across planning and evaluation projects. She conducts mixed methods research, deepening an understanding of client needs, opportunities, and impact to inform expansive thinking and strategic decision-making.

Madeline is passionate about research driving social impact. Prior to Third Plateau, she analyzed and clearly communicated complex data in the public sector with more than seven years of experience in analytical and program management roles at the U.S. Department of Justice.

She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University where she also studied Spanish and Economics. With roots in New York and Kansas City, Madeline arrived in Florida 30 years ahead of schedule. She is a somewhat serious shuffleboard player, aspiring gardener, and casual hiker.
