The People Operations Generalist (Director) plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and people-centered employee experience at Third Plateau. This is a highly execution-focused individual contributor role responsible for owning and delivering core People Operations processes. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Operations, this role manages day-to-day HR operations, supports employee relations, and coordinates closely with managers and staff to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities span payroll, benefits, and retirement administration, employee lifecycle and performance management, full-cycle recruitment, and HR systems and data integrity. You’ll also serve as a primary HR partner to assigned teams, supporting managers on employee relations and keeping our people operations running smoothly. This role requires 9+ years of HR experience and someone who brings both strong organizational skills and a calm, steady presence in a fast-moving environment. Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 / year.
